Here is one of my personal resumes (I have different ones that align with different sectors/positions. Since a lot of my customers work in "Supply Chain" in some form, I want to show you how my supply chain resume looks so you will know what type of quality you will receive with my services.

BAD RESUME EXAMPLES:

1. Indeed is not a good platform to create a resume. It is not ATS friendly.

2. Grammar - It is imperative that you check your grammar on your resumes.

3. Your bullet points highlighting your work experience should be in complete sentences and there should be at least 4 points. With 20 years experience there should be some quantifiable evidence.

4. *Most Important* - Your resume summary is your lifeline. It is what determines if anything else gets read going forward.

"Studying retention and promotion rates, they saw that the largest turnover gap was between Black and white women, at 8.9 percentage points. In addition, Black women were the only group whose turnover and promotion were significantly affected by the racial identity of their coworkers.

The study found that a 14 percentage point increase in the share of white coworkers was associated with a 10.6 percentage point increase in turnover for Black women. Linos and her colleagues write, “No other employees of color, even similarly sized numerical minorities such as Black men or Hispanic women and men, were negatively affected by their initial white coworkers."

I can relate. It only takes one time for management to disregard my work ethic and what I've accomplished at the company for me to lose loyalty to the company and begin looking elsewhere for employment. especially if it's done in a way that messes with my professional reputation.

S/N: I don't suggest having deep seeded loyalty to any company because that type of loyalty is never reciprocated, and one-sided loyalty is for suckers.
