Happy Memorial Day!

We have switched gears recently and have been doing some decorative stamped concrete. I love it when the customers tell you they trust you and give you free range on your creativity!

Trying to catch up on posting some more pictures of jobs we have been working on. Here is a nice pole barn we wrapped up in Brighton recently. Customer asked for something a little different for the exterior concrete. So we did a broom finish with a stained border. Customer was extremely happy with the finished product!!

Over the years there have been so many cool projects that we have done and so many great customers we have worked with. This project was a long time coming but turned out AMAZING!! The majority of this project is called an overlay. It is applied over existing concrete and is only 1/4 inch thick! Finished product is stunning along with the custom stained compass!!

Happy Mother's Day to all the hard working moms out there!! Spring is finally here and we have been busy!! I have some catching up to do with some projects we have been doing! Here are some driveways we have completed lately.

We are finally back at it and are scheduling for mid summer right now!! Our crew went to some more training the other day. Like to give a big shout-out to Ace Cutting Equipment & Supply Inc. for pulling our number and winning a new Husqvarna Battery Powered Concrete Saw!

Our team attended some decorative concrete training this week at one of our suppliers!! We are learning about new industry products and techniques to offer our customers. Here are some pictures taken throughout the day of the demonstrations. Huge thanks to Cougar Sales & Rental, Inc. and Solomon Colors, Inc. for providing the training!

It's been a while since I have updated with pictures of some projects we have been working on. But we have been extremely busy!! So I will start by posting some of our decorative stamped concrete jobs we have completed recently. These customers were extremely happy with the finished product and one of them even gave us all hugs before we left for the last time! We also offer caulking and both customers choose to have the joints sealed.

Here is one of our projects we finished up recently. This one turned out awesome and the customer was extremely pleased with the end results!! With also some before and after pictures!!

We have been busy!! Here is a photo dump of some of our latest projects!! Our work takes us all over for our customers. These jobs were in Hartland, Wixom, Livonia but now we are back in Livingston county for awhile. There will be a picture later in the week of a large stamp job we just finished over the weekend!

It has been incredibly 🔥🔥 out but we have been busy! Here is a nice project that we finished recently. I was over 80 yards of asphalt tear out and haul away for recycling! We expanded the original driveway and eliminated a turn around. Then to top is all off we poured a exposed aggregate sidewalk with a custom stained border!!

This was a nice smaller job we just finished. Customer is extremely happy with the results!! It was supposed to be a repair but when we started found much bigger issues and it turned into a complete rebuild. Also existing steps had deteriorated and weren't up to code but now they are. Along with a nice new aluminum railing for the icing on the cake!

We have been incredibly busy and here is some pictures of projects we have been working on lately! Most concrete contractors just pour the concrete and then jet. So per many customers requests we now offer a V.I.P. package where we do all the finishing touches. Like bringing in topsoil and then put grass seed and straw down. This option has become very popular since we started offering it!

It has been a while since we posted some pictures of our projects. So here is a photo dump of some jobs we have completed recently! We have been doing a little bit of everything lately. From stamped concrete to pole barns, driveways, footings and porches.

Wrapping up a nice little stamp job. Customer was extremely happy and glad they choose to upgrade from a broom finish to stamped concrete. Plus they also choose the V.I.P. package where it is turn key. This is a package we offer where we put down topsoil, grass seed and straw! We also fixed a grade issue that the original builder missed. So we raised the grade up between the house and garage roughly 10 inches and eliminated a step. No more puddles or ice in the winter!

Finishing up hopefully the last basement with the house already built until next winter. The only way to get the mud into the basement was right through the front door!! Then we had to create a concrete shute runway for the concrete to get into the basement. Was pretty tricky but this is why you hire the pros at Cement Tech get the job done whatever it takes!

Haven't been keeping up with the business page like I should. Yes we have been working all winter pouring basements! I will post some pictures of that later. But I am very proud of the end result with this addition we did footings and a polished floor! Had to go back and do some touch up after everything was done but turned out amazing and customer was extremely happy!! We are booking for spring right now so don't hesitate and get on the schedule for spring! We are a little over a month out when the weather allows up to start!!

This was a cool project that we just finished. It was digging footings and a slab for a addition. But the cool part was we did polished concrete floor and the customer was extremely happy with the end result!!

We just did a newer process called antiquing. This is when you bring old stamped concrete back to life. After time stamped concrete can fade and become dull. But after we cleaned and antiqued it to bring the color back. Then the last step is to put a fresh coat of high gloss sealer on it and also customer wanted it to be less slippery so we used traction grip to achieve that.

Just finished up a nice driveway and patio on a house in Pinkney. Customer is extremely thrilled at the way it all turned out! Also due to the way the grade was around the house we had to build a lot of it up with crushed limestone to make sure it lasts! Not the cheapest option but the correct one to make sure it is built right. Also having to compact it in layers to make sure it is solid all the way through.

Here's some pictures of a job we are working on at St. Joe's hospital this week.

Just finished up working on a local law office. Building was over 100 years old and had to tuckpoint and apply a parge coating on the exterior. Turned out great and the customer was impressed and extremely happy. Also poured a floor for a new pool getting built and I will post more pictures to follow of the process.

Nice little step job we poured yesterday and turned out amazing! We still have a few open spots for this season but they are going fast!!
