Due to the lack of rain we will not be mowing yards that we mowed last week unless you have irrigation or you water your lawn. We realize that there has been little growth.

With the ones we didn’t mow last week, my mowing crew will only be going out 2 or 3 times this week to complete the few yards we have.

Happy Tuesday! Our landscaping crew is still knocking out multiple landscaping jobs per day! We’re now accepting jobs for the month of July!!

Mowing update!! We are a bit behind due to the morning rain and the rain this afternoon! Will update the post at the end of the day!

Update - 5/30/24. We are about ten yards behind! If not caught up by tomorrow we will finish Saturday morning!

Things are getting back to normal and both crews are on schedule!! Check out some before and after photos! Also just some afters!! It’s crazy the difference fresh mulch and rock makes!!

Retaining wall, mulch, rock beds, designing a new bed- whatever you need from the roof to the ground our companies have you covered!!

I will be out early next week quoting landscaping for the second week of June which is right around the corner!!

Mowing update- We will be out mowing today! We have Thursdays and Fridays yards left since we didn’t go out yesterday due to the rain! Whatever we don’t finish today, they will finish tomorrow and be caught up!

We know it gets frustrating but it’s 100% out of our hands! We have been behind every week besides one since we’ve started this year. We try not to put our machine on wet lawns.

Mowing update! We are currently on Thursday’s route and delayed again! We will check the yards this afternoon to see if we’re able to mow!

Mowing update- It’s too wet to mow so we’re a day behind this week, again! 😅

Mowing update- due to the off and on rain today my guys will be waiting until tomorrow to complete Thursdays route and then start Fridays! We will then complete Fridays route Saturday if needed!

Mowing update- due to the rain we have six more Tuesday yards that we will finish tomorrow when it’s dry enough!!

Last mowing update! The guys only have 3 lawns to mow on Friday! With it being wet this morning I decided to have them do it tomorrow morning before Mondays route!

The guys are out completing Thursday’s mowing and hopefully be able to finish Friday’s mowing route as well! If they don’t complete Friday’s route they will finish it tomorrow (Sunday).

With the on and off rain today the guys called it! They’re now a day and a half behind!! They will complete Thursdays and Fridays mowing the next available day!

This customer asked for a landscaping quote! When I arrived I noticed an older roof and asked him if he was interested in a quote! We were able to put a roof on and do his landscaping for around the price of what he was quoted for just the roof from another company!!

Today we finished their landscaping and they were both excited!! What a difference a new roof and landscaping makes on a house! 😍 They will be white washing the brick and calling us back for Pristine Roofing & Exteriors to do their soffit and siding!!

Mowing update!! Due to the rain this morning we had a late start and only completed half of Tuesday’s route! We will complete the rest tomorrow and get most of Wednesday’s route completed as well!

Quick update!!

All crews are up to date as of today!

Estimates- all dates have been emailed out!! If you haven’t received a date and have pressed approved on your estimate, please contact me asap!! Please make sure you press approve or I will not get notified!! No money is ever due upfront unless the materials cost is over $1k for all landscaping jobs.

I have my last set of quotes tomorrow and I won’t be quoting until the beginning on May!! I am currently making a list for everyone who would like to get scheduled for June!!

Office update!

I still have all quotes that accepted in the last week to schedule! This will most likely only leave a day or two open for May which I have quotes set for Wednesday!

With that said, I won’t be quoting until the beginning of May for all jobs scheduled for June!

Update!!

Landscaping is caught up and on schedule!!

Mowing- is cutting the rest of Fridays and Mondays yards today and will be caught up after today!!

I have about 25 customers that have messaged, called or texted me! I won’t be in the office until about noon because I am out in the field! I will try my best to get back to everyone in a timely manner!

Our office hours are 9am-4pm, Monday- Friday!

Weather update!!! Mowing- We’re behind! The goal is to hopefully be dry enough to complete Wednesdays yards Saturday. Thursday and some of Friday- Sunday and then we will be able to complete the rest of Fridays with Mondays route!

Landscaping- The crew leader is working with all customers for the jobs scheduled for yesterday and today!! We will be out tomorrow trying to catch up! As of now, no jobs should change for next week!

A few updates!!

Mowing- We will not be out today. We still have half of Wednesdays route to do as well!

Landscaping- We are a day behind!! I haven’t been advertising much because the call volume has been so high! My guys have been staying very busy! We currently are booking for mid to late May! After I quote on April 17th, I’ll wait until the beginning of next month to start quoting again!! This will make sure that what I’m quoting is closer to 30 days for when my guys come out and complete the job!

I’ll finally be in the office today catching up on paperwork! All jobs will be scheduled that have accepted and sent a date! All quotes should be sent out!

**** If you have accepted a job and have NOT received a date after today, please message me!! The quote has an acceptance button that has to be clicked for me to be notified that the job was accepted! If not, it will sit pending and will be delayed!!

Good morning!!

Mowing update- Yesterday was a complete wash!! We have hit our three day rule with Tuesdays yards and they won’t be completed until next Tuesday, the 9th!! We will start on Wednesdays route today. Thursdays/ Fridays route Saturday and finish anything left on Fridays route, Sunday morning!

Landscaping- We should be caught up after today!! We are now scheduling into May and will only be quoting once a week until the end of this month!!

Mowing update-

We have hit our 3 day window to complete Mondays route!! Besides the new accounts that haven’t been mowed, we will now skip what we didn’t complete and cut them Monday, the 8th!

We are hoping it dries a bit to allow the mowing crew to go out later today! They’re currently two days behind and on Tuesdays route!!

***Landscaping- We have talked to everyone and will be caught up by tomorrow!!

Landscaping- We’re currently a day behind! The guys will be working longer to try to catch up by Friday!! Will update each individual for this! This should not go into next week.

Mowing- We’re delayed today and hope to have a late start! Will be walking each lawn to determine if it’s dry enough! We will update everyone after today where we stand!

Mowing update- mowing guys determined it is too wet to put our mowers on the lawn today so Monday will most likely be done Wednesday with the rain in the forecast tomorrow!

As of right now-

Monday, Tuesday- done on Wednesday.

Wednesday and part of Thursday- done on Thursday.

Finish Thursday and part of Friday- done on Friday

Complete the route Saturday.

Long update! 😅

I have about 15 quotes to send out by Friday!! This will most likely fill up our landscaping schedule for the month of April!!

I will then contact the ones who have called or messaged this week to come out and quote next week!

The rate this is going, May will fill up within the next few weeks!!
