THE TOXINS OF THE HOUSE ARE:
1. Objects You No Longer Use.
2. Clothes You Don't Like Or Haven't Used In A While.
3. Broken Things.
4. Old cards and notes.
5. Plants that are dead or sick.
6. Receipts and Old Magazines.
9. Broken Shoes.
7. Stuff of all kinds calling the past.
8. If you have children, toys that are not used, that do not work or broken.
WITH CLEANING THEM OUT:
1. Health gets better.
2. Creativity grows.
3. Relationships get better.
4. There is greater reasoning capacity.
5. Improved mood.
QUESTIONS THAT MIGHT HELP CLEANSING:
- Why am I saving that?
- Is it about me today?
- How will I feel if I release that?
Separate and classify:
1. To donate.
2. To throw.
3. To sell.
INSIDE CLEANING REFLECTED OUTSIDE.
1. Avoid extreme noises.
2. Less strong lights.
3. Less saturated colors.
4. Less chemical odors.
5. Less sad memories.
6. Finish unfinished projects.
7. Cultivate positive energy in your home.
Do a general cleaning and use boxes for organization. Start with drawers and cabinets and conclude each piece, do everything at your pace...

c) Recycling.
d) In doubt.
e) Gifts.
(f) Donation.
g) Sell.
As you CLEANSE, watch what changes in you.
As we clean our physical house, we also place order to our mind and heart.
Practice detachment with material things that just fill your space and you'll see how you'll slowly be able to do the same with more momentous situations.

FRIDAY I-94 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:
Metro - I-94 Oakdale to St. Croix: 2022-2024 construction
I-94 traffic shift in Lakeland begins June 26
If you travel in Lakeland near the Minnesota/Wisconsin border, plan ahead for our final traffic shift to reopen all lanes in both directions of this area of I-94.
Starting at 7 p.m. on Wed, June 26, both directions of I-94 from the Hwy 95/St. Croix Trail interchange to the middle of the River Bridge will be reduced to a single lane until the following morning to complete the shift. By 5 a.m. on Thu, June 27, crews will reopen three lanes in each direction on I-94, as well as the following ramps:
• The ramp from westbound I-94 to Hwy 95
• The ramp from St. Croix Trail to eastbound I-94
HUDSON ROAD SOUTH REPAVING BEGINS JUNE 28
Beginning at 5 a.m. on Fri, June 28 through late August, crews will be repaving and widening the shoulders of Hudson Rd. South from Manning Ave./Hwy 95 south to St. Croix Trail in Lakeland. The work will be done under traffic with flaggers directing traffic. Watch for another update with more specific traffic impact details next week.
Once the repaving is completed, the road will be smoother, and the wider road shoulders will provide a safer, more comfortable ride for bicyclists.

KEATS AVENUE RAMPS SCHEDULED TO REOPEN JUNE 29
Good news! The following newly paved ramps at Woodbury Dr./Keats Ave. North are scheduled to reopen on Sat, June 29:
• The ramp from westbound I-94 to Woodbury Dr./Keats Ave. North
• The ramp from Woodbury Dr./Keats Ave. North to westbound I-94
We appreciate your patience while we make these improvements. Plan ahead by checking 511, and give yourself additional time to reach your destination.
All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather and schedule permitting and subject to change.

WHAT: The Jr. Citizen's Police Academy covers many aspects of Law Enforcement with classroom instruction, hands-on training, scenarios and more! Instructors are officers with expertise in specialized areas.
WHO: The Jr. CPA is available to Middle School Students who are entering 7th and 8th grade.
