This year’s Ghostly Gallop 5K (run or walk!) and Kids Fun Run (free!) will be held on Hudson Halloween morning, Sunday, October 29. Runners, walkers, and parents with kiddos in strollers can register at https://ghostlygallop.info/. Hurry, early bird for adults ends on September 30! The adult runners who record the fastest 5K times will receive the Cranna Cup, and for the Kids Fun Run for ages 12 and under, medals will be given to all finishers. Should you come in your Halloween costumes for the run, there will be a costume contest! Come dressed to impress or FOMO👻! The costume prize categories are: best overall, most creative, scariest, silliest, best group costume, and best book costume. Prizes galore! Race/Run, Costume Contest, Community - October 29 Our annual Ghostly Gallop 5K run/walk and Kids' Fun Run will be held Sunday, Oct. 29, at the Hudson Jr./Sr. High School and will include a Halloween costume contest for kids with prizes in several categories. For the little ones, the Kids Fun Run is free for children aged 12 and under. Every participant receives a finishing medal, a race bib featuring their name, and a free book (thanks to the Hudson Children’s Book Festival). The 5K run/walk is free for students aged 17 and under.
