There's a lot to digest here about Buyers and Sellers today and their respective age groups.😲🏡🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️

My assumption is that the 'younger boomers' like myself are beginning to sell their bigger home and downsize, and that the Gen X'ers (born between 1965 and 1980) could be upsizing or downsizing.

Notice the lack of activity by the younger populations - - we keep hearing that home ownership will be delayed for some of these groups.
