I recently had a special order to make bridal shower macarons. My client sent me a pic of how they displayed my macarons at their event .. they did an amazing job showcasing them 😍🤩 and I am so happy this worked out and the color of the macarons matched perfectly 🤩 😍

Exploring new flavors this weekend, Mango macarons with coconut/mango filling. I tried to dust the tops with freeze dried mango but didn’t quite turn out but still taste amazing. Baking with colors is challenging.

Trying something new...Cream puffs which are made from a choux pastry (aka pâte à choux) so it’s just a light pastry. The puffed up hollow shells are perfect for filling with a pastry cream for an easy, elegant dessert!
