Another semester down. 3 classes done ✅

2024 is my last full year of classes! Chipping away.

Hey Everyone! I’m almost done with school. I have 10 classes left. I’m set to complete the Construction Management Technology Associates Degree in Spring 2025. My goal/plan is to take the state test for my General Contractor license after I’m done with school! Thanks for following my page and being patient. The finish line is in sight, very eager to get started!

Things are in motion to get back up and in business. Stay tuned for new and exciting announcements in the future.

It’s been a long time since I have posted anything because life has been hectic. I am not taking orders at this time. I am taking time off to spend with my family. I don’t know when I will be up and running again. But will post when I will be taking orders again. Thanks!

My longest table to date! This thing is a beast! So happy to finally have room in the garage again 😂 but this table is beautiful and was fun to build!

Almost finished with this little breakfast nook table. Gotta sand her and then throw some color on her and she will be ready to go to her new home 🏠 til then she will sit inside while I’m away at the station 🚒

I scored this awesome antique! Needs a lot of TLC. This cart is probably a 100 years old or close to it. Can’t wait to clean her up and make her part of a custom piece for Amy. A piece of furniture that will be in our family forever.

First flood coat has been applied. Looks so freaken good. Going to apply one more flood coat. And then let it sit for 72 hours. So far so good.

Ready for the epoxy finish. Looks so good in person.

Progress this morning

Working on my anniversary gift to Amy. Haven’t done anything like this before so I’m really hoping to pull it off. Tomorrow I cut off the uneven parts and frame it. This is going to be the top for a coffee table. They were wine crates that were used at our wedding.

First order back up and running has been delivered. Turned out really well.

Long overdue. But here is a wall I had ship lapped for my mother in law! Looks so good! Nice accent wall in her guest bedroom/tv room.

Taking a break on orders during the month of July. Trying to finish up what I have now before then. All new orders will start in August! Thanks for all your support and opportunities.

In the middle of three orders - has me working hard in the sun. Got to get these orders knocked out and out of the garage soon!

Finished an off site project! This client had unfinished built ins that desperately needed more shelves! I was able to install two more shelves on each side anddddd add hardware for some cute barn doors! Small change makes the biggest difference! Looks like it was there all along! Happy customer!

Had a refinishing job. This table has been with its owner for about 4 years. It’s an absolute beauty. Just needed some TLC. And I was happy to do it. The table has been well loved and has been putting up with the weather and sun. I took all it’s blemishes away and gave it life again. Owner was reminded how beautiful it was. Now it has its pop again. Pictures don’t do it justice.

It’s been hard to get stuff done with the weather. Now that it’s looking like the cold/rain might be over, I was able to finish up this order and deliver it today! Come on spring! I need to be able to work in the shop!

Took a radio flyer wagon and just gave it a new look.

Stained the wood around the wagon with a concoction of weathered grey and brown stain. And painted the bottom with a French creme. Also painted the push nuts on the wheels with a brown.

The Adirondack bench has been dropped off at its new home! Got christened with its first rain. Looks so good!!

Impromptu job on a Saturday afternoon. Neighbor is renovating his kitchen. He asked me to do run 2x4 that was flush with the counter. And fix some crown moulding. Boom 💥

Almost done with my first Adirondack chair. It’s massive. It’s comfy. It’s amazing. The hardest order I have done to date, simply because of the detail of all the pieces. I hand cut every piece out of all the lumber. It was tedious and time consuming, but seeing it almost finished makes it all worth the effort put in.
