Love these two!

Brother and sister spent the last 6 weeks with me twice a week for 3 hours a day!

They are absolutely ripping!

We surfed a new spot this summer, they are paddling out to the line up and catching open waves, one after the other, they are going left and right and taking patty waves and grabbing rail, working on their style and so much more!

Had so much fun with them and so sad that summer is coming to an end and that the school year is starting!

It brought me pure joy to see the stoke and passion they have for surfing!

I will have 2 spots per week (Monday and Wednesday) this fall from 7am-9am for any intermediate student that wants to brush up on their skills and dedicate time to your surfing journey!

Kids camp! Having fun and doing amazing!

Great first day of kids camp! We had fun today doing paddle school in the pool! We will be at the beach the next few weeks doing calisthenics, surfing and so much more!

Sal Y Sol Surf School is pleased to announce we will be participating in this years OC Dream Gala by offering 2 free surf lessons in the auction.

OC Habitat’s mission is to conserve, protect and restore local habitats through monitoring, education and restoration.

There is also Wetlands Clean Up + Restoration, November 12th!
You’ll be getting your hands dirty by removing invasive species, planting native species and/or doing debris clean up!

Been landlocked lately and it’s had me reflecting. My relationship with the ocean, like most surfers, is not unique. Most of us share a similar story. The ocean is the life force that has kept me alive. My sanctuary, a place that has felt more like home than any house I’ve ever lived in. In my darkest moments, mama ocean has cradled, rocked and soothed me. She has nursed me, been my company when I’ve felt alone, mourned with me and in my most exciting life moments, she has celebrated with me. She has watched me grow and has seen all of the versions of me. She has reminded me time and time again to live in authenticity, with radical honesty, she has shown me when and how to flow gently and when to crash and roar. She has helped me heal, has pushed me to grow and has me digging deeper as each day passes. She’s given me passion and purpose and I’m forever grateful. Besides my babygirl, I don’t think I’ll ever find a love more true.
Thankful to have birthed .shapes and and I strive to continue growing these businesses, educating others, building community, sharing the stories, the stoke and the love.
