WOW - what an amazing 2021, and it was all because of amazing clients and supporters like you!!!

I can tell when I need grounding and to reset - I'm drawn to the kitchen to just "be". In my "being", I roasted this spatchcock chicken using So Plated's Lemon Olive Oil and spices. My go to spice combos are anything salt-free (so that I can control the amount of salt) and fresh herbs!! Here, I used thyme and rosemary and topped it with a resh-made habanero chimichurri sauce using So Plated's Habanero Olive Oil. So yummy, healthy and super low-carb!
