We’ve just completed this project for a longtime client in Lacey Springs. A simple basement remodel turned into much more when we removed paneling to discover what you see here. For years water has been entering into the basement from ground tilting beneath the old deck right into a framed wood load bearing walls.

Needless to say we don’t go looking for this type work but these were and still are great clients / friends and we stuck it out step by step with them until it was remediated and resolved.

After 45 years just when you think you’ve seen it all here comes a home to prove you wrong! Challenges make us all better, I’m fortunate to have clients that we shared a mutual trust in working through to the two final photos.
