Since The Stephens Ticket took over the sign in front of the Fire Department. They again failed as it hasn't worked. So Mayor John Stephens and his gang will be seeking advertisers to light the sign up. As they continue to fail. They have accomplished nothing since they started.

Mayor John Stephens made this his case and point 2 weeks ago. He said he went out and executed the clean up of this area. Well he was again all HOT AIR. Here is a pic of that today he failed again.

John Stephens ticket promised more people would come back to work for the Village of Ilion under his Command. He lied, 2 more have left under The John Stephens ticket. He will soon also have the Village in Fiscal Distress. The stairs have come to a halt, meetings have come to a minimum and at a time people are still at work. They have failed miserably from what they promised. The Clown Show will continue.

Village of Ilion Mayor John Stephens lied on the Village page. A NDA isn't enforceable when the information is made public. Yes the Stephens Ticket in Mike Conover, Karie Allen and himself believe that what Mike Conover did was a Good Thing. Many don't. But the NDA Mayor John Stephens talks about. Is moot and Mayor John Stephens knows this but lied on Facebook.

Mayor John Stephens not only cut Village Board meetings down to one a month, he cut off anyone making comments to the Village page he now looks to embarrass Residents of Ilion without going out and looking to help the people. What Audacity of a Mayor to post this to a Village page. Without first cleaning up his own street.

Ilion codes drive past this and say nothing. Plus so many houses are danger zones and still Stephens and Company are silent. What a shame.

Just a reminder John Stephens the Mayor of Ilion posted to the Village of Ilion page. Pics of a house with stuff in front of it and saying how bad this is and he will clean up Ilion. This will not happen in Ilion. So if posting pics of someone's house with crap in front of it is Good for Mayor John Stephens. It is good for the rest of the Village of Ilion. He never went and asked them to help them. He justed looked to embarrass them.

Never believe a Bankrupt Mayor like John Stephens who ran on loss of jobs due an administration. He had to file Bankruptcy for his bad decisions in life. But spreading lies about job loss in the Village of Ilion. It's a world wide problem.

Not even 10 Applications to become a Police Officer was submitted. But John Stephens and his ticket blamed the prior administration for lack of employees including Police Officers. That statement was False or they are just Liars. So we ask John Stephens why all these employees are not running back to work like he promised and made a stink about. Did he cry wolf like his running mate Mike Conover did in regards to the Firefighters Investigation?

The Ilion Fire Department held a nice memorial service today in honor of retired Fire Fighter Tom Fletcher. Nice service….. MISSING was the Mayor and Village Board.

BUT HE HIT THE VILLAGE TAXPAYER WITH A HIGH ATTORONEY RETAINER BEFORE HIS NO SHOWS WHEN RETAINING HAGE N HAGE LAW FIRM. SOMEONE WE UNDERSTAND HE USES HIMSELF.

Mayor John Stephens who had to file for bankruptcy is again repeating his same old as Mayor. Hiring Hage and Hage who we do believe is an Attorney that he uses has been retained by the Village. So over 10 years ago John Stephens used this firm at a hefty cost to Village tax payers. Why can Mayor John Stephens hire a Law Firm he uses? Is he getting a kick back? So hold onto your wallets the Stephens Ticket will soon be raising taxes to cover this expense. He had the Village in Fiscal Distress before he will do it again.

This is pricing 10 years ago that Mayor John Stephens wasted tax payer monies on Hage and Hage law firm. Wasteful spending is why Mayor John Stephens had to himself file For Bankruptcy. Looks like he wants to do that with the Village of Ilion. The Stephens ticket is looking to keep public meetings to a minimum and at times when people are still at work so that they can keep Transparency to a minimum.

The Stephens Ticket of Mayor John Stephens, Mike Conover and Kari Allen started out in full Transparency as they promised. They Changed the Village of Ilion page so that Residents CAN'T COMMENT. And They still refuse to be transparent about the Ilion Firefighters Investigation.

The Village of Ilion isn't the only place Mayor John Stephens unleashed his "VENOM" according to these articles. But the Village is already aware of this anger with the last time Mayor Stephens sat in office. They needed police at meetings and sending abusive emails to female trustees.

We Ask Michael Conover to stick to his campaign promise and give Transparency on the Firefighters Investigation. Make a Statement about it and explain why he didn't go to a hearing. Are the 12 people in the investigation liars? It is time for him to not do what he accused the prior board of.

You all can decide for yourself was Conover right or wrong. But Stephens, Conover and Allen believe these are just OPINION's.

Is Mike Conover right for the job.. John Stephens said he never read the Fire Department Investigation before he decided to run in Tandem with Conover. Today on the Keeler show they told Stephens maybe he should have because it's not good.

Mayoral candidate Stephens mentioned in his list of campaign goals, number 4 - "Codes, property maintenance, parks and overall village appearance needs to be addressed. We want our village to be presentable when entering from any direction."

This is the same person who allowed an eyesore training tower to be erected in the heart of the retail/professional district.

The October 9, 2013 meeting minutes reported that Stephens supported the building of a training tower in the parking lot near the fire station.

Barb Collea, rightfully so, questioned the appearance and the location of the tower in a professional business district.

The eyesore tower has since been dismantled.

The Fire Fighters Union agreed with how the Village conducted the Investigation and they took the right steps. Also none of the Fire Fighters in the Investigation or the ones who resigned... Had their Attorneys stop it or sue for any defamation complaint in regards to the investigation. Mike Conover had Attorney Anthony Brindisi so I do believe he would have sued if he felt his client was wronged.
