We are proud to welcome 17-year-old Addy Czarnecki to Victory Field this afternoon to throw out the ceremonial first pitch as today's Riley Children's Health first pitch kid! Addy was diagnosed with SVT – supraventricular tachycardia – an irregular or fast heartbeat and underwent two ablation procedures in December 2021 and July 2022 at Riley Hospital for Children. She is an accomplished swimmer on the Carmel High School swim team and will continue her swimming and academic career at Ball State University after graduation, where she will study nursing in hopes of becoming a pediatric nurse practitioner at Riley! ❤️
