Our agency is interested in hiring Home Health Aides (HHA's), and Home Care Aides (HCA's) that are passionate about patient care. No certification is required for Home Care aides and all that are interested are encouraged to apply.

We are hiring for all of Marion county and surrounding counties, including Johnson, Henry, Hancock, Hamilton, Hendricks, and Madison. We also service counties beyond those mentioned here. We have various hours and schedules available. Part-time and full-time position are available. All applicants much have dependable transportation, as well as valid driver’s license. You must be able to pass a detailed background check.

What do HHA's/HCA's Do? Your position will require you to provide what is known as homemaking and attendant care services. Homemaking is exactly that, cooking and cleaning. Attendant care will consist of monitoring clients, assist in dressing, and may require assisting in bathing. In some cases, the client may not be able to be left unattended. These positions will require you to be personable and professional. Communication is key!
