Unfortunately tonights meeting is cancelled. The board is unable to get enough people there as a couple emergencies have come up. See you all next week! Keep up the good work.

We moved our meeting location to SSPP Church 317 Baldie St, Ionia, MI 48846. Wednesdays 6 PM-6:25 PM (weigh-in time) and meeting starts at 6:30 PM-7:30 PM.

We will not be having a meeting on May 31st. due to other commitments. See you all in 2 weeks! Enjoy the summer.

We will be having an early weigh in only tonight (5-5:30 PM) and not a full meeting due to members going to an annual event.

How TOPS Weight-Loss Support Works TOPS isn't a diet, there's no food to buy, and no foods are required or forbidden. TOPS is a nonprofit weight-loss support group that helps you make small, steady changes for lasting results and better health. Your first visit to chapter is free.

Welcome to our weight loss support group. We meet on Wednesdays from 6 PM to 7:30 PM with a private weigh-in from 6 PM-6:25 PM. We welcome men, women and children 7 years or older. We focus on living a healthier and more active life, help educate each other on becoming a better, stronger you and so much more!
