⭐️ Trainer Tip from Brett ⭐️ A great option when performing a Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat is using the Leg Extension machine. Raise the pad to just below knee height, take a step forward with one leg, the place the rear foot on the pad. When performing the exercises, bending your knees and lowering yourself in a controlled manner. Performing 10-15 repetition is an excellent repetition range for each leg. This exercise is great for building strength in the quads and glutes while improving your balance.

Why does a fluorescent bulb illuminate when it's held next to an active BioCharger?
