Another caisson drilling day in the books!

Making progress at our Newport Beach project! Like if you can see it.

These are some of the BIGGEST projects we've done! In Newport Beach, we poured 350 yards of shotcrete, 200 yards of pan deck and miscellaneous slabs, gradebeams, mat slabs, coved radius concrete, shoring, concrete beams, CIP walls, pool, bridges, starting pad was 35' below street level and the size of the project with a footprint of over 11,000 sq. ft. Our project in West Bay had a project footprint of 9,000 feet and 2,400 cubic yards of concrete, including 1,100 yards each in the mat slab and cassions. Since the project sits right on the bay front on Newport Beach, we had to install a shoring and dewatering system, that consisted that required us to drill 109 30 in. cassions with a combined drilling depth of 6,000 feet. The bigger the home the harder the challenge! Follow us to for more details from our built homes.
