Jean's Soul Food Spot is coming back to 209 W. State Street with a new menu and new and improved recipes.

Here is a preview but don't forget we have Tofu options, Gluten Free options as well as Rice/Mac Bowls:

Mustard Fried Chicken and Fish:
Crispy chicken and fish fillets coated in a tangy mustard batter, fried to perfection. Served with a side of spicy mustard dipping sauce.

Mac and Cheese:
Creamy macaroni pasta smothered in a rich and cheesy sauce, baked until golden brown.

Red Beans and Rice:
Hearty red beans cooked with aromatic spices, served over a bed of fluffy rice for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Vegetarian Collards:
Fresh collard greens simmered with onions, garlic, and vegetable broth, seasoned to perfection without any meat.

Smoked Turkey Collards:

I'm annoyed...tell me why 3 of the 4 contractors I contacted to have my fire suppression system inspected told me no and good luck finding someone since it wasn't American made!?!? Not one question as to whether it functions or meets any safety standards just oh its not this company or this company, nope sorry. What kind of gate keeping racist bu****it is that on a town with Asians being its second largest population??
So if you're wondering why I'm not open currently its because my trailer was built in China.
