What is the consensus on this bathroom remodel. We will be renovating and reselling this 55 and over, and we are polling to see if 55 and over would prefer a soaker tub, and a larger shower, making the vanity a standard 60 inch double sink, OR would you prefer just a large shower and bigger vanity?
