5 - Go into your meditation session without expectations.
Meditation can be intimidating for beginners, so try to focus on these simple tips to get yourself started.
Work on your mind as much as your body.
Your body hears everything your mind says.
Your mind, emotions, and body are instruments and the way you align them determines how well you play life.

Your life should constantly be under construction. There is always something to improve.

Today, be grateful for the little things.
Appreciate breath.
Appreciate the beauty of nature.
Appreciate the ability to get up and do what you set your mind to.
Your daily goal should be to take advantage of the opportunities you have in life and be grateful for the present situation.
Oftentimes, when we're not happy with our situation this becomes more difficult.
Step 1) Work on cultivating the right mentality. Try to appreciate the present and accept changes and setbacks.
Step 2) Look for opportunity where you can. Take risks, make connections, and work your hardest.
Affirmations won't work until you do, so be sure to follow these up with actions.

Just close your eyes and relax.
Take a few deep breaths from your diaphragm and release the tension in your body. Focus on a five-count breath:
Slowly inhale from the belly
Then into ribs
Then into chest
Up into crown of the head
Then gently hold the breath for the fifth count
Reverse this process on the exhale for another count of five
Concentrating on your breath while you are imagining releasing your stress and tension helps give you something to focus on while also reaping the potent benefit of deep breaths.
Let whatever you do today be enough.
Savasana is being without was, without will be.
Meditation means dissolving the invisible walls that unawareness has built.
