Adkins first project is complete! We are pleased to share a few photos from a recently completed interior buildout in Windermere Florida.

This was an 8week build out that Project Manager Heath Keller completed with the help of Superintendent Kevin Williams.

The owner was so impressed with the project that they have contracted Adkins Construction Company to build yet another location in Lake Mary Florida!

Yet another has been completed!
This Cape Coral Wingstop project was particularly unique as it was a tenant build out renovated from an old Circle K Gas Station!

Superintendent Doug Kahn, Project Manager Sonny Stelzig, and Project Admin Melissa Lantz did a phenomenal job making this project come to life and adapting to multiple changes in order to do so!

Yesterday, Adkins Construction’s Business Development Manager Jasmyne De'an Ellison-Stanley and Senior Project Admin Jesse Williams volunteered for 3 hours at the Hunger Fight warehouse to help pack meals for local children who aren’t fortunate enough to have consistent meals on a daily basis.

Adkins Construction has become heavily involved with the North Florida NAIOP Chapter and this humbling opportunity was given to us by their community outreach chair.

As a whole, our NAIOP group of 24 packaged 10,668 MEALS yesterday to be distributed to Jacksonville local families in need.
To say this was time well spent would be an understatement♥️

Currently Jesse has been heavily involved with the PACE Center for Girls project, and Superintendent Jr Britt has expressed great gratitude for having “someone as knowledgeable and hardworking as Jesse” helping with everything behind the scenes makes a huge difference in a successful project.

Melissa has been a crucial part of multitasking her role in the office, most recently tackling being a major support for the accounts payable team as we are expanding our office staff!

Mia Horvath’s role as the Estimating Admin makes for hundreds of daily phone calls ensuring we have the best estimates possible to submit for upcoming project opportunities!

In 2015, Jasmyne and Coen met for the first time when Coen was with NAI Hallmark and was fundraising for the Muscular Dystrophy Association- where he met Jasmyne De'an Ellison-Stanley.... fast forward to 2021, and Coen Purvis is now at Cantrell and Morgan, and Jasmyne with Adkins Construction Company and picked up like they didn’t skip a beat! A small world is an understatement- for Morris and Coen to both know all the same individuals, but never cross paths just shows there’s always time for a good old fashioned lunch date ☺️

🥂As a new member to , I was very grateful to have attended the Awards Gala this Thursday. Although Morris Adkins Jr. wasn’t able to make it, I’m certainly thankful he gave me the opportunity to attend. I learned so much, had an amazing time with our guests, Ginny and Logan Coarsey- Ginny has been Nothing short of amazing, showing me the ropes and getting me acquainted with everyone!

We have officially entered the last phase of the PACE Center For Girls Building in Clay County, Florida, and boy is it gorgeous!! Thank you for always providing excellent drone footage by , the photos are breath-taking every time!

As Superintendent Jr Britt, and Assistant Superintendent, Jacob Adkins continue to manage this project, they have informed us going up in the next few days will be the classroom paint and the metal roof panels.
