Whoever said that there’s nothing on earth that’s free, I disagree. Love is always the answer. Always. And in All Ways. But first, let’s define Love: Love Does Not Hurt or Harm. And Love isn’t something you ever need to earn. Love is that which contributes to life. Today, Love also means to Rebel (verb) against anything—any person, place, thing, event or circumstance—that does not empower you to freely live how you choose to live as defined by love. Stop justifying bad behavior, no matter how big or small the entity may be. We all have a Human Right to Live a Harm-Free Life.

Happy Saturday! Self-Care is tantamount to creating a calm and healing environment for oneself and others around us. One way to do this is to keep negative thoughts at bay throughout the day. We can do this is by filling our mind with what I like to call "brain soap"--positive affirmations that wash away negativity from oneself. Negative thoughts about yourself or others lowers one's frequency and spreads like cancer. Thoughts then become feelings that then become action through words and gestures.
Practicing gratitude is an effective ingredient to washing away the negative debris. This is why it's so important to be around people who are uplifting and supportive of your efforts and of who you are blossoming into every day! Violent crimes and homelessness are but the side effects of the root cause of our society’s problems. Although only 6% of the U.S. population are affected by substance use (alcohol, drugs) and mental health challenges, specifically PTSD, they create the largest impact on the overall well-being of our communities. I like to call fruit “Nature’s Candy”, a much healthier and nutrient-dense alternative to satiate a sweet tooth than processed, sugar-laden candy. I get so excited whenever I come across fruits and plants uncommon to the United States. Three beautifully exotic, healthy, healing and tasty fruits to try: (L-R) Kiwano Melon (spiky orange), Cherimoya (“Atis” in the Philippines) (green, background), Star Fruit (yellow-green, looks like stars when sliced).

The Kiwano Melon, from Southern Africa, Australia and New Zealand, similar to a kiwi, can be cut in half and its pulpy content scooped with a spoon and eaten like a gr**efruit. It has a fresh taste reminiscent of a cucumber with a twist of lime. The Kiwano is rich with antioxidants, slows down the aging process, including dementia and Alzheimer’s, relieves stress and anxiety, and supports eye health. All parts of the fruit are edible.

Cherimoya, known as Atis in the Philippines, from South America and widely grown in Spain, is a sweet, creamy fruit with big black pits/seeds that can be sliced and eaten like an apple. It improves the digestive system, supports eye health, helps prevent cancer, and is rich with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, especially B6, a great mood booster.

Death, or at least the way in which one will face their death, tends to scare many people, but only because it's unknown territory to most. Not many people have experienced death and come back to tell of their journey beyond this physical realm. I am honored to have done so, and am here to share truths about life, death, life eternal and beyond. Psychic Mediumship and Energy Healings are not "Woo-Woo". It can be very difficult to overcome the limited and often incomplete information we are taught in most schools, churches or even at home, but in order to grow beyond ignorance, we must keep an open mind and realize that there's so much more to life than meets the eye.

Some people will use the excuse that "This is not what I was taught."
