Below are some homebuying self employed ways you can still qualify ⬇️

Where should you put your expenses on your taxes this year so you can still qualify to buy a home in 2024? 🤔

• Depreciation - anything you depreciate through your business we can add back to your qualifying income. This can be a huge way to decrease your taxable income but still qualify for a regular mortgage.

• Mileage - So many times, I see mileage not being used. Add your mileage up and put that on your taxes! We can add those back to your qualifying income up to $.67 cents per mile for 2024!

• Depletion- Any items depleted through the business can also be added back to qualifying income.

IRS is knocking... When you go to file your taxes this year, use these 3 catagories to lower your taxable income and it WONT impact your chances to buy a home! 🏡

So it turns out that people waited a year or so for lower rates and a market crash… instead they got higher home prices and the same rates we had a year ago 🥶😭
