Try this on top of your pupusas! This is a Salvadorian Curtido! It’s a pickled slaw and if you don’t like coleslaw you may love this vegan slaw that is good for your gut! A lot of Latin American countries have a different version of this, but in my opinion the Salvadorians made it the best! DON’T KNOCK IT BEFORE YOU TRY IT!
