Grounding into my truths helps me process. Today, I share a few relationship truths that I use as my north star when I am feeling out of alignment: 1. Your experience matters! The experience of the person in front of you matters, too! 2. I am worthy of being seen in my fullness and multi faceted Ness. The person standing in front of me is worthy of being seen in his or her fullness and for each part of them, as well! 3. Boundaries keep both me and my heart safe. Me honoring my boundaries keeps those around me safe. 4. Repair can feel impossible in this moment. Repair is possible with connection, communication, commitment and work. 5. Keeping my heart open with love flowing can feel impossible during some moments. My loving heart is at the center of who I am. Living with a loving heart is aligned with my true nature.
