This past weekend we traveled to Boise, Idaho for the annual meat cutters convention. We took a few less products then years past and only entered in 3 out of the 15 categories for the cured meats competition. We were fortunate enough to place in 2 out of the 3 categories!!

We also were certified as a training agent for the Northwest Meat Processors Association apprenticeship program! That means we can now take on apprentices for training to become journeymen meat cutters!
