Eating alligator meat is indeed an old Florida pastime that has been enjoyed for centuries. The Seminole Indians, who are native to Florida, were known to hunt and eat alligators as a source of protein.

Y’all call him Tony, we call him “The Man!” He has been with since August of 2022. His kitchen is spotless, his food is superb and his patience is a virtue. For these reasons he was quickly promoted to manager.

The Smoked Gouda & Bacon cheeseburger 🍔 is easily his favorite meal on the menu. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his longtime girlfriend, Julia💝, playing soccer or the drums. Being a man of many talents you may catch him on a local stage doing theatre. 🎭
