This Sunday July 2nd at Corgis distillery , Jersey City! I will be doing my first food event, serving my famous sushi bake and mac & cheese! There will be DJ performances, playing awesome music, dancing, food, and drinks, and shopping! I’ll see you there!

Beautiful sun-dried tomato basil butter board spread out with balsamic glaze served on Kalamata olive bread. Housemates had to wrestle me for the last bite. It was so so so good!

Not sure what to call this one! Just freestyled and worked with whatever was in my fridge and I came up with this rice noodle cooked in vegetable stock, carrots, red cabbage, and topped with a sunny egg 🥢🍜
