Understanding the concept of the way you think is critical with understanding your behaviors. Your thoughts and feelings contribute to your behaviors. Likewise, your thoughts contribute to unpleasant emotions. These are some examples of unhelpful thinking styles and learning how to reframe the way you think. Acknowledging that we have unhealthy thinking styles leads to the conversion of negative thoughts into more positive thoughts, which also leads to more positive emotions. Yours truly... #

Not only are we dealing with negative content and people, but we struggle without our own thoughts. It is your responsibility to wake up on the morning , practice positive affirmations, manifest positive thoughts, challenge negative thoughts, and convert them into positivity.
