It’s been a while since we’ve posted. Wanted to update everyone on the project that involved removing a roof, adding a new level, completely remodeling an existing log home with new drywall and LP smart siding on the exterior. We also extended the deck and replaced with composite decking. We are now finishing up an outdoor kitchen!

Even with some delays in materials and pandemic related work shortages, we managed to make this home livable in just over 7 months.

Things are moving quickly on our third story addition! Also, got a new addition underway after the replatting process. No job too big, or small for JC Precison.

Adding a third level to this log home on a beautiful lake lot. Completely gutting and renovating. New kitchen and baths, master suite, two level wrap around deck, 24’ sliding door and Pella window package and pre finished LP smart side over the existing logs.

Responsibilities – daily oversight of projects, 3-4 projects at a time. Includes ordering materials, logistics for material delivery and subcontractor contact, daily updates on progress, utilizing software applications to provide updates, running materials when necessary, attending inspections with codes officials, client communication, and other items
