Brand new from Chads’ BBQ!!! Introducing Smoked Honey Pimento Cheese!! A blend of our smoked cheddar and pepper jack cheeses with a touch of honey. Available in our platter or can order on the side.

Ham is served off the smoker so a pick up time will need to be selected. Since platters are served cold, if you are not ordering a ham then you can pick up either day during pick up times and no need to tell us.

Sausage and cheese platter comes with 1 pound smoked kielbasa sausage, 1/2 pound of smoked cheddar, 1/2 pound of smoked pepperjack, 2 bags of seasoned crackers, and 2 ounce BBQ sauce to top it off.

The pimento cheese platter come with 8 ounces of smoked honey pimento cheese, 1 pound smoked kielbasa sausage, 2 bags of seasoned crackers, and 2 ounces of BBQ sauce.

We wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Faithful Fields Farm for letting use their space for pick ups. Jeff, Leslie and family are really on to something and cannot wait for them to open. We smoked one of their chickens and it just tastes different. They raise them and process them onsite and is the way it is supposed to be done.
