The Rockefeller Dog. 24 karat gold, fresh black truffle, caviar, béarnaise sauce and Kewpie all on a 100% wagyu beef dog. $150 per dog, 7 day advance preorder; minimum order of two.

I'll be hiring someone to work lunch hours(11AM to 2PM Monday through Friday around the first of April. I'll be working weekends only at Wagyu Dog as I'll be working 70 hours a week at my other job starting April 1st.

Not this weekend, but next, I'll be offering a new Dog in homage of John's. When I lived on 44th and 10th in Brooklyn, I would eat John's hot dogs at least twice a week. Their onions were the BEST I had ever had. I've been working on an onion and sauce mixture that comes very close to John's caramelized sweetness with a slight chili kick.

People need to come out Sunday. This is genuine wagyu beef in a hot dog. It's actually insane. No one serves wagyu beef in hot dog form. Myself as a NYer, yes, I love Nathan's and Sabrett, but this is a totally different experience and grade of beef.
