1) Just baked a fresh batch of guava and dulce de leche quesitos for 😍

2) Come get some goodies this Saturday over at .one.eight! We’ll be there from 11-5, with these besitos de coco (coconut macaroons covered in dark chocolate 😍) and quesitos!!

In case you missed it.. we’re doing hot cocoa bombs! 😍 These aren’t exactly Puerto Rican (more just made by one 😉), but it was a fun thing we did with for Christmas.. and we’re bringing them back for Valentines! ❤️ Stocking up this week, so stay tuned! ☕️🍫

Papas locas from Sweet & Juice Icee Cups-- SO GOOD! She takes orders every Saturday and today she included some of our quesitos in her orders 😍 So excited that she's cooking up some delicious Puerto Rican food for this area! Check her out ❤

Due to a few personal circumstances, we’ve had to take a bit longer of a break than anticipated. I can’t wait to get back to baking for you all, but don’t have a set schedule as far as where we’ll be right now. ❤️

For now, we’re still accepting individual orders on Saturdays and you can find quesitos at throughout the week (fresh batch will be there tomorrow 😋). You can place an order through the order form or through DM! ❤️

Hey friends! We are out of town this week, but there’s still a few fun things you should know about ☺️

The grand opening of is THIS WEEK!! Unfortunately we won’t be there this weekend, but we do plan to be up there pretty consistently starting next week. They’ll be open from 9am-10pm, Thursday - Sunday. So many exciting things are planned, so be sure to follow them on Facebook and Insta at !!

I’m Victoria, owner + baker! I started Mabbette Street Bakes for a few reasons. Of course, I love me some Puerto Rican pastries- but I also love connecting with my community and sharing about my culture. It’s also a way for me to honor my beautiful late grandma, who used her hands everyday to make delicious food for anyone and everyone. ❤️ ⁣⁣

I’m a transplant- born and raised in Kissimmee, FL (aka mini Puerto Rico), moved to Johnson City for school, then to Baltimore for a few years, and now I’m back in the northeast Tennessee! ⁣⁣

I’m a trauma therapist in the making and a huge advocate for mental health and wellness. I love flowers, traveling, and good food. I’m also dating the sweetest and most supportive man. 🥰⁣
