This past weekend, savvy shoppers from @juniorleagueofbinghamton teamed up, Supermarket Sweep-style, to fill blessing boxes in the Greater Binghamton area with food. Each of the two teams was given $250 and 30 minutes to purchase as many meals as possible. With food insecurity being such a large concern in our communities, finding ways to benefit as many people as possible can be challenging, but JLB is up to the challenge! Last night, The Junior League of Binghamton held its annual New Member Night at The Relief Pitcher. Great food and good times were enjoyed by all! Several new members joined the organization and are excited to get started with our initiatives, including food insecurity, the Mother/Daughter dance, and community projects.
