Some fun projects from my students lately and my example of our current project. The first few are our Big Heads from my Art 1 students. Half of them are Black History figures and the other half are famous artists. The second set are my Art 2 students paper mache creations.

Been painting this massive dragon for the school library based on a dragon I designed for the school AR reading shirts. He’s about 3 feet by 5 feet. Now I need to paint a castle. I’ll post full design when finished.

Going to be doing artist trading cards with my middle schoolers so I made a few to send to my virtual 5th graders. These are super fun and easy since they’re so small.

Found my old character designs for our Two Thankful Turtles book yesterday. Sometimes I like the way pencil looks more than the finished design.

When you're lesson planning and your kids get involved things get creative and colorful. My 5 year old boys have more imagination than I do. Love how these turned out! Logan created his space concept all on his own.
