If you have received a grant from us in 2023 or 2024 and are still on active treatment for breast cancer, please email us at [email protected] for additional grant opportunities.

This is a new, free of charge to participants, local Flathead Valley offering that could be a wonderful thing for anyone currently going through breast cancer. Spread the word if some one you love (including yourself) could benefit.

Logan Health Cancer Support Services is offering a six-week art therapy group for active treatment patients and those six to twelve months post-treatment. This group will gather for two-hour sessions weekly. Space is limited to eight participants per six-week cycle. No art experience is necessary, and all materials are provided. Save a Sister lost our MVV, Most Valuable Volunteer, yesterday. Billy Harron was always the first to jump in and help at Pink Me Up, Turn the Flathead Pink – anything pink if it would help our community and those in the fight against breast cancer. He was one in a million. Our most sincere condolences to his family. Rest in peace, dear friend.

Northwest Montana Chicks n Chaps is still accepting Applications for Financial Assistance for the 2022 grant cycle.

If you are a breast cancer patient or survivor experiencing breast cancer-related financial hardship, AND you are a resident of the Flathead Valley, you may qualify for financial assistance under our program.

If you would like an application or more information, email us at [email protected]. All inquiries are confidential.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received and funds will be distributed until exhausted.

Starting today, we offer walk-in mammography every week day. Screening mammograms help people survive breast cancer by helping us detect it early, when it is easier to treat.

Screening mammograms are often covered entirely by your health insurance, so you pay nothing out of pocket. If you are in need of financial assistance, we want to help.

On Memorial Day and every day Save a sister honors those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
