I have been soooo sick so sick all last week and this weekend I was deathly Ill and I was so weak and tired and I couldn’t even lift my phone or cook all week or clean so there’s a 2 day clean with me coming this week. I am glad I’m well again and can share this with you all and get back to being ME! I am so happy today and I am 70% better and cannot wait to clean up this dirty house and share it with you all for motivation. I hope you all are having an amazing Sunday. I may even include a meal plan with you all as I have been making different meals every day and I also have a new unique way that I’m doing my meal planning, cool app for meal planning, pantry shopping, using what we have first and shopping for what we need only. I just wanted to give some BTS looks of what’s going on the porch. check out my YT channel in my s description for the video I will make a post on here once it’s up. I’m coming back to YT in a Big way. I took some time off for my mental and physical health I have a lot of chronic illnesses and I have a few auto immune diseases and it’s been a hard summer and early fall I guess as it doesn’t feel like fall here in MO. I just wanted you all to know why I was off. I went into a deep depression and I’m also writing a new blog post about it on my blog. If you didn’t know I have a blog it’s called sincerelymichellelouise.com and it’s currently under construction again as Bluehost took it down on accident because apparently I had an issue with my jetpack. So it’s coming to talk about my Mental health issues and how I am overcoming it and my actual health issues too like my psoriatic arthritis, I just started Embrel and prednisone so I’m putting on weight again but it’s temporary and I am walking a bit to help with the weight but it’s a give and take and more give than take to be honest. 🙏❤️

I want to live a more minimal life for my family. I can’t stand seeing myself and my family and most def my husband so stressed out after he gets home from just stuff we don’t need I mean our house isn’t dirty it’s just too much for the kind of life we want to live. Now this isn’t say for you or anyone else I’m not saying go do this I’m saying this is what works for us and makes us a family unit. I don’t know your reasons and don’t need to that’s not my business but what is my business is our lifestyle. So look forward to more content on my YouTube containing a more minimal lifestyle. I made this costume for our kiddo 2.5 years ago. Was the first project I ever made from scratch in a month that had a lot to it. It had boning in the bust it had gold buttons and a cape I really loved seeing this for our child and how happy they were. 😘
