This episode is super important to me for multiple reasons because my amazingly talented and hardworking sister where we discuss Modern Dating, Mental Health and Medications, the importance of Therapy and that IT IS OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY! 🙏 You are not less than important because you have something that is "wrong with you" because that is part of the beauty of what makes us Human Beings. The important part of this is the ability for us to relate with each other and our issues and confront and conquer our problems in unity together. The other thing we talk about is the modern day stigma behind admitting and coming to the honest truth about our individual problems. The truth is, whether others will be strong enough to admit it or not, WE ARE ALL MESSED UP IN OUR OWN REGARDS. The part that matters is that we each choose to find the happiness, search for community and learn to love ourselves with the flaws and that there is NOTHING WRONG with getting help! Ever. And I hope this episode helps the ones who need some motivation to keep going, proof that it gets better and to create an honest community with this podcast to be able to talk about it with others.
