Legendary Dancer, Vocalist, and Actress Paula Kelly's made her mark on the entertianment business for over 44 years. This Harlem, New York native got her start in numerous modern dance companies, one being Alvin Ailey. She went from the stage to screen, featuring the Broadway production "Sweet Charity." Director Bob Fosse, who also directed and choreographed the show on Broadway, asked Ms. Kelly to reprise the role for the movie, which was to be his feature-film directorial debut. He called her "the best dancer I've ever seen." Kelly passed Februray 8, 2020, yet her memory will carry on for generations to come.

Paula Kelly is a reason we are CELEBRATING WOMEN.
