Bring Food Truck to Your Neighborhood
Kansas City friends, would you like to bring our Brazilian food truck to your neighborhood? Due to the recommendations for people to stay home, we are channeling our efforts towards neighborhoods to offer a convenient and safe way for people to “dine”. We hope this information provides some peace of mind about eating from a food truck and people can continue to partake of this wonderful food experience and it is one positive thing for them to look forward to! Some of the benefits of eating from a food truck during this precautionary time with a food truck are you won’t be sitting in large crowds, nor touch door knobs and handles, we serve in an open air environment. We provide and highly recommend online ordering so you can order and pay from the comfort of your work, home, or car and can drive by for pick up. If you come to the truck to order we ask you follow the guidelines for social distancing and promise our food service is fast and your wait will be short! Another benefit is that we have only two staff members who are taking extreme precautions to maintain cleanliness and food safety which means much less people handling your food. Also, we will be utilizing individually wrapped eating utensils (if you need them) and disposable bowls. Our truck is cleaned completely out and disinfected after every service.
