Congruence between your perception of how things should be, and your physical behavior is a good thing.

Your behavior should be inline with your intentions for the future.

Your idea about reality, and how it should be, should align with reality, and how things actually are.
Your actions should align with your goals. Your intentions should be apparent by your behavior on a day to day basis. This means, you can see your future, by looking at and understanding the present.

Forget the story in your head. Its just a story. Look at your actions on a day to day basis. Notice your habits. Your patterns. Extrapolate the data. Meaning. Play the tape. Notice where your actions are leading you. This is a realistic way to understand reality.
If you don't like what you see. If you want to change your reality. You have to take action. Adjust your habits. Align your patterns of behavior, with the reality you intend to create.

You can't just wish for change. You don't want to just dream about the life you want. You want to live it, and so, you must create it.
Take direct action towards creating congruence between your intentions and your behavior. This means, align your behavior, with your intended goals. It may seem difficult at first, but master this practice, and you will posses the power to accomplish great things.

Motivation is a habit, which means it can be cultivated.
Practicing the habit of building motivation is a cumulative process. It builds and builds, to the point that you simply have it. It becomes a part of the very life force which propels you into the future.

So, if you want to be more motivated, stop procrastinating. The stress of procreation can be demotivating. AVOID IT.
Start taking positive action in line with your goals. Start making progress. Create the future you want to be a part of.
Making progress in the right direction is the best way to cultivate motivation.

Motivation comes from the heart. If you don't feel motivated, there are ways yo get yourself motivated. By taking direct action towards your goals, you can awaken this sense of drive, determination, and motivation.

Going for a walk, a run, or any form of physical exercise can help provide mental clarity and increase energy levels. This alone can help to wake you up and stir motivational forces within.

3. Take direct action, and start NOW. Don't allow yourself the chance to delay. Don't accept any excuses. Start now, and move with purpose.
4. Build momentum and keep it going. By moving fast and making progress quickly you will be motivated to keep going. As you achieve results, you will be inspired to accomplish more.
5. Look at it as "investing in your future. Do you want to be in the same position? Or, do you want to be thankful for having taken action?
