Our workouts focus on a different major muscle group each day. The endless variety of exercises insures that no two classes are the same, and that every class feels new and exciting.

Day 3 is here of the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge and I am excited to make this new recipe! Remember, you can choose any recipe from the list to make each day (or something completely different), just make sure you’re drinking one green smoothie a day.
Banana Berry Blast - Serves 2
2 cups spinach
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries

Something to try out! I love almond butter
Lots of people have asked if we make our own almond butter... We sure do! We love adding it to our green smoothies for an extra punch of protein. So, how do we make it? Here's our one step process:
1. Put raw almonds in Vitamix blender and run for 4-5 minutes (should be a similar length of time in a food processor—maybe a bit longer).
***Note: Some people add a bit of maple syrup, or some kind of oil to be a bit creamier, but this isn't required.

Good Morning!!! OKAY so yeah, I am totally going to go there on the All-Candies-Eve day of the year. So listen, if you want to eat your kids candy tonight after they go to bed....GO FOR IT! WHAT?!?!? YUP, because you are a grown up and you are big enough to know what's good for you :) SO if you are working towards a goal, no matter what day of the year it is ITS UP TO YOU TO CHOOSE if you let a so called holiday throw you off track or are you going to be strong and stick with your plan. I am not anti candy by any means, what I am against is letting days like this throw a wrench in your plans and many of us all it takes is one day to turn into a whole lotta days and then 6 months go by and we wonder what the heck happened. Enjoy your kids, enjoy the costumes BUT BE FOR REAL!!! Do you really NEED to eat 27 mini snickers, pixie sticks and all the reeses cups? to have a fun time.
Food should not determine the level of fun and enjoyment you get out of an event. YA DIG :D
