Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant’s age must be 18–35 years.
- Applicant’s domicile must be from Sindh.
- Applicants must hold a valid CNIC.

- Applicant’s domicile should be from the following 16 districts of Sindh (Korangi, Malir, Karachi West, Kemari (Lyari), Hyderabad, Sanghar, Tharparkar, Jacobabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Jamshoro, Thatta, Badin, Umerkot, Naushero Feroze, and Khairpur).
