gratitude list. I am thankful for paid vacations from work. I really enjoy my job and all things work. However, it’s nice to get away.

***k45 with is a nice setup. What’s under your shirt?

Good bye and hello . Time to Rock That G***k!
When I turned 18, I bought the .22 rifle I’m carrying in this picture. It was a Father’s Day gift for my Daddy and the first gun I personally bought. He never shot it and refused to let me shoot. When he passed away I made sure to shoot it and it was the first gun my son shot.
Changing out the for the . Also using a Comp-Tac OWB with the TLR7A. Carrying AIWB with a WML isn’t that comfortable. What’s under your shirt?
How I’m not going to break the 180° on these tricky stages is something I am adding to my walk through. I want it to be clear I’m doing my job. #2011
Some carry gun “standards” practice.
I’m on Tiktok:

Is it really if you don’t get robbed while checking your trout lines in a boat? Piney Woods 2023.
One reason I like G45s is that they mix and match with G19s. I typically don’t put optics on my G19s but always run a flashlight on them. Now I have the best of both.
Don’t leave home without your ***k17. Nothing like a big pew if you have to go pew pew.

My Competition G***ks: 1. G45 is my backup Carry Optics gun. I do occasionally carry this when I want a higher capacity. I have every type of holster imaginable for this which interchanges nicely with my G19. 2. G17 Gen 5 is my primary Carry Optics pistol. It’s shot it’s share of matches. 3. G17C Gen 4 is my primary IDPA . IDPA allows ported/comps in Carry Optics. This gun is super soft shooting and flat. What kind of ***k are you rocking?
Some Saturday afternoon at The Impactzone Range
So I’m shooting for the next several months. I have a CZC A01-LD getting sent off for SRO integration. I intend to shoot this gun single action in Limited Optics. I will continue shooting G***k in , Steel Challenge and when I don’t want to clean the metal frames. I want to give some time to the 2011 platform. I’m considering moving to a for CO in IDPA or shooting CCP for a while with a G45/19 Gen 5.
This is kind of a neat set up. I’m going to shoot a this winter. I want to put some time in on it. For now, this is the third G***k in my bag. If something goes down, this one is street legal Carry Optics in all shooting sports. I do carry this gun. I don’t technically have a for carry. I use it for places I want capacity. I’ve got several holsters with and without lights.
Facebook memory from 5 years ago, notes added. I bought a ***k19 Gen 5 and quickly installed the Hackathorn Ameriglo sights. The pistol's performance was better than expected. A G***k without finger grooves, and with a consistent barrel lock-up. Gen 3s were bad about not going consistently into battery obviously affecting mechanical accuracy of the gun. Companies like Wilson Combat and KKM sold parts to address these issues. Many serious Gen 3 owners would replace the barrel right after changing the sights. However, despite the upgrades to the new Gen 5’s appearance and accuracy a blood blister pinch point was created. Specifically, a portion of the lower front strap was removed to allow the shooter to strip the magazine. G***k has addressed the pinch point in subsequent Gen 5 models. With this defect corrected, I do agree the latest iterations of the G***k 19 Gen 5 is top-tier for carry. What’s under your shirt?
Concealed Carry Pistol, there are many to pick from. One thing you should consider is how might I feel when you deploy it pistol and point it somebody? Small guns have their place but make sure you have enough.
My . I bought this G***k Thanksgiving 2017 and quickly put some Wilson Combat red fiber Vicker’s Tactical sights on it and a flashlight and stuck it in the car. As Covid unfolded I had the slide milled to accept a 508T and started shooting it in IDPA Matches mid 2021. It was my first carry optics G***k. After mastering the red dot I decided to retire this pistol to the nightstand and added some additional parts. If I shoot the gun in a competition, I use a SureFire 300. I also carry this pistol when hunting.
Here are my two I actually used both of these pistols in my last for Concealed Carry Pistol and Carry Optics.
Another Saturday Morning in the books. Looking forward to cooler temperatures as today was a scorcher.
If you want to try competitive shooting but at a smaller scale, you can’t go wrong with this.
Stage 2, Wednesday night
I asked about pistols. Here are the responses. Best full sized gun is a . Best concealed carry pistol is a . The #1911 didn’t make the list because of capacity concerns. I do like how it describes the 1911s as complex. I love 1911s but the good ones are expensive, require detailed maintenance and are packed with fitted parts that aren’t interchangeable. The lower costing ones still require maintenance and fitted parts which are not practical.
