Just a sneak peak of a complete reset into concrete bed edge blocks and fresh black premium shred mulch…

Had to get this beautiful souled woman up to par on her exterior for her new venture in business! Go check her out and get those chrome highlights touched up!!!!

Started this front yard last week with a nice 2 layer bed wall with a cap in the front, installed a 25ft flag pole with led top light, and a nice deep bed edge in the back around the perimeter of the entire fence . I have about a day left on the bed wall and then it’s mulch time but here’s a sneak peek. Stay tuned for the completed result next week….

My guy Cody from CSM hooked me up with a tear out of a back yard and a rough grading of the yard . If you need anything that involves a skid steer or an excavator please give him a call. This was done so fast and professionally that I will continue to work with this young man! This was done in less than 5 hours. This is phase one of my DTFs transformation of back yard here in Kenosha….

This week’s project is going to be fun. Here’s a few pics of the beginning of a complete tear out of the grass, 15 yrds if top soil regrade, a nice layout of a Rockwood nugget patio area, and a rock bed memorial with a little seating area to sit and enjoy the scenery. Wish me luck…. And stay tuned!!! It’s gonna be even more exciting than the Twin lakes house.

Got a few things handled in Twin Lakes today so far. Making a few business owners places look nice before the 4th of July !!! Thank you for allowing me to be part of your community!

Phase 3 is now complete here at the Twin Lakes house in the back yard to transform the ugly ducking into a beautiful swan as I would say! Tomorrow we wrap it up and visit once a week to maintain the beautiful swan for the season. Ty for following this labor of love!!!

A few before and after pics of my lifelong friend Billy’s house . I started the edge in end of April and this rain and the constant wet soil has put me back weeks in getting the beds right before rubber mulch goes down. So worth the patience in the end! Thanks Billy!!!

I like to think that a nice clean deep edge as the “ icing on the cake”!!!! What are some of the little things you like to see done at your home to make it more of an Icing on the cake” curb appeal???

Stopped by my favorite customer, ex wifey, and friend for life to get her edges crispy and help her get her flag stone area she removed ready for her new look coming up in a few weeks. She’s been busting her ass getting the areas ready for the 2 tier retaining bed wall going in, everything leveled off and pitched away from the foundation , and a nice fresh pulverized dirt installed so I can do what I do best and get the grass seed in and make the yard the best on the block! Stay tuned!!!! It’s gonna be beautiful! I hope the 2 inspectors in the last pic are talking good about the progress and how greatfull they are to have DTFs OnlyLawns on scene!

Get ready for a rocket launch! Today was a giant leap towards a more efficient future. The trailer, tooling, and machines are revving up to help me take an even bigger step in the right direction. Phase 3 has begun… plastic is layed in and stapled down, and the rubber mulch has begun to make it look marvelous!!!! I have openings starting in June to transform your vision of what is going to be the talk of the neighborhood…

Phase 2 is complete with the removal of all the remaining bushes and a deep live hard edge was installed. Next is the w**d barrier and earth tone rubber mulch…. I love when the neighbors slow roll past and say how beautiful it looks, and I thank them and say stay tuned for the icing on the cake in a few days. Stay tuned for the final step…

A sneak peak of the beginning of a complete makeover of this home’s landscape that’s been neglected for roughly 7 years. It was a day of removing 17 rose bushes, trimming back all the trees and the burning bushes. Tomorrow is the lawn maintenance, and hard edge install and final touches of the beds before the rubber mulch install goes down. Nothing worth while comes easy, but this end result will be the talk of the neighborhood!!!

Sunday FunDay means….. Rubber mulch installed for the next 12 years of enjoyment. Install it once, no need to touch it again for 12 years, and no bugs like those pesky earwigs or Rollie polies will make a home in it. Call or FB messenger for your free quote!!!

With April right around the corner im gearing up for the EARLY spring break out of the season. The weather has been really nice and that’s a sign for an early start on your yards .
