We also want to say congratulations to the BNBuilders team for their outstanding contribution to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. During the topping out ceremony they presented a check for over $63,000 as a result of their Crane for the Cure campaign. We applaud BNBuilders for this incredible initiative!

is complete at Broadstone Redmond, a project located in Redmond, WA, with Alliance Residential Company. Ceco completed frame services, which included 1 level of below-grade parking and 4 levels above. Architecture services were completed by Ankrom Moisan, and structural engineering by Yu & Trochalakis.

Spooky Seattle! How did you spend your Halloween?

’s project management team recently attended the NAIOP Washington State annual community enhancement event. Our team volunteered their time and efforts to restoring YMCA’s Camp Kilworth. We are proud to participate in this event year after year and grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community!

Congrats to our Brooklyn project team on hitting the halfway mark! We had a blast celebrating this milestone with a rockin’ party alongside our friends at BNBuilders.

As another project comes to an end, our Bellevue Gateway team celebrated topping out. We had a blast honoring the 22,000 yards of poured and everyone’s hard work that made it happen.

Ceco Northwest is thrilled to announce that our project in Seattle’s University District has hit street level! To celebrate this achievement and the fact that we have hit every target date on the project so far, we teamed up with BNBuilders for a fantastic street party! The jobsite enjoyed delicious tacos and a lively mariachi band, and they won some exciting raffle prizes.

We want to thank everyone who has contributed to the project’s success so far. Keep up the great work!

Fun fact: This project is ’s tallest project to date and comprised of our two largest mat foundation pours at 5,190 and 4,560 cubic yards of , respectively. The twin 50-story towers occupy an entire city block, will house over 1,000 residential units, and feature a suspended Boeing 747.

Ceco crews are wrapping up at our Avenue Bellevue project!

recently celebrated topping out at Avenue Bellevue’s mixed-use towers with our customer JTM Construction and the hundreds of trade workers who made it possible. The two towers will be home to 365 luxury living spaces, the first-ever InterContinental Hotel in the Pacific Northwest, and 85,000 square feet of retail space—including fine dining, nightlife, and shopping. This project required over 65,700 CY of and approximately 1.5 million square feet of formwork.
