Had a great adventure in New York. We catered a corporate retreat at a lovely house in Long Island. Chef Damion and his amazing Sous Chef made meals for the whole group over 3 fabulous days.

Had a blast at Heritage Fest on Saturday. Got to sell some amazing food and interact with all our fantastic customers. Can’t wait to do it again next year. Thank you to everyone that came out to support us.

Had a great opportunity to provide dinner for all the teachers and staff at Stow-Munroe Falls Highschool and parent-teacher conference night. Thanks to the PTSA for making sure no one went hungry on a long day for teachers and staff.

Had a great tasting for Mike and his fiancé for their upcoming wedding. Introduced them to some brand new entrees as well as the some of the classics. These entrees are available anytime for any occasion. Which one would you choose?

Had a great evening at Ivana’s daughters birthday party. Roasted a whole lamb and Chef Damion carved it on site. We had a great time and many compliments. Served chicken shawarma skewers, roasted red skin potatoes, piccata pasta w/ Portabella mushrooms, and a roasted vegetable medley.

Got word today that my mobile kitchen will be finished this week. It should be ready to go next week. Who is ready for some great food?
