2023 Vendors - You should have received an email with a link to fill out your application for this year. If you didn’t receive that please send us a DM with your email address so we can send that to you. We are prioritizing you guys through August 23rd, so please send in those applications to guarantee your location and other requests.

Previous Vendors in prior years - If you haven’t received an email with a link to the interest form, please send us a DM with your email address so we can get that to you and start the process.

All New Vendors - We will be opening it up to everyone to start submitting interest forms and applications in a few days, so hold tight.

Our 2024 Craft Bazaar will be held on November 9th 9am - 3pm.

We have a few new changes to this year’s Bazaar that we’re pretty excited about…

1. Hello, we are Lindy Mummey & Shaunna Krebs. We’d like to introduce ourselves as your new craft bazaar organizers. We look forward to making this year’s bazaar amazing!

2. We have a new online interest form for vetting new vendors, as well as a new online application/contract. We hope this makes things a little easier.

3. We have also added an online payment option in addition to our cash or check options. Please note there is a $2 processing fee for the online payment.

⭐️If you were a vendor last year, please check your email. We just sent out our 2024 application.

⭐️If you were a vendor in the past, but not last year, you will receive an interest form in the next week.

⭐️We’ll send out interest forms publicly in 1-2 weeks.

We are excited to announce we will have holiday photos available on-site this year! All proceeds go to the Martin Sortun PTA which goes right back to school enrichment programs. Our photographer is donating their time & services! 📸

Hello to all our vendors and those still seeking a spot at our Craft Bazaar on Saturday,

It’s been brought to our attention that someone has been trying to scam potential vendors out of money, using our Craft Bazaar event (Facebook scammer profile in comments).

Please note, communications or posts between our vendors will only come from this MS Craft Bazaar account, the Martin Sortun PTA account, our PTA President Shaunna Krebs or our Craft Bazaar chair Jenn Nichols. All email communication will come from Jenn Nichols from our [email protected] email.

We only take cash or checks, and will never ask you for Venmo, PayPal, or cash app information. All cash and checks should be dropped off or mailed directly to the school.

If you’ve been contacted by anyone other than the people above and given them money please let us know.

Don’t miss our PTA Bake Sale at the Craft Bazaar. We’ll have some breakfast (starting at 8am for our vendors) and lunch for purchase. We just tried these amazing homemade croissants that will be made fresh and donated just for our Bake Sale… they are amazing!

We still have spaces left for our craft Bazaar on November 5th. Each space is $75, and a second space is $50. All proceeds of that go towards school and the students. You can email me [email protected]

Thank you for being so patient our wonderful vendors. As you know the craft Bazaar was on a few year hiatus. I'm so excited to announce that the craft Bazaar will be this year on November 5th. There are a few changes of note. I am the new STEAM Teacher here, so I will be juggling a few things at a time, so please forgive me if it takes a day or two to respond.

Also, we have changed the pricing on the tables. We have not had a price increase in almost 20 years, and this was something that was approved before we completely shut down. The new price of the table/space will be $75 instead of 50. This is partially due to the fact that now the district is requiring us to pay for the custodian help that we receive on Saturdays for the event.

We really appreciate your continued support and I will be sending out the contracts this week!

Hello wonderful vendors,

I must share with you a decision that we have to make in order to ensure that we are keeping everyone safe. Due to the vaccine and mask mandates at school we have made the decision to NOT host the craft bazaar this year. This was not an easy decision, but definitely the correct one for Martin Sortun at this time. We have decided that we potentially are looking at a spring craft Bazaar instead.

I know that I have received some checks and contracts and please let me know what you would like me to do with those. I could send them back or shred them and send you an email confirmation with shred notification.

The decision was made because we would need to verify vaccine records, negative covid tests, and enforce mask mandates. We have had a small percentage of vendors even wanting to participate this year, so that also was taken into consideration when making the decision to cancel this year.

Again, we are hoping to be able to host a craft Bazaar in the spring if not for sure next fall. We definitely miss seeing all of our vendors. This decision does not come lightly as the craft Bazaar is very much something that helps our school every year.
