Swamp Thang is a 5-piece band from Portland, Oregon playing swampy soul and rock & roll in the zydeco tradition... and we’re thrilled to welcome them to the stage at Cajun Fest ‘24! Bringing a taste of Louisiana to the Pacific Northwest, this popular Portland dance band mixes traditional zydeco and swamp pop with crowd-pleasing covers and melodic originals. The band continues to redefine the zydeco genre expectations, keeping the dance floors full and the good times rollin’. Swamp Thang will kick things off at 2pm at Cajun Fest on August 17th.
