🌟 Had an incredible evening last night! 🌟

I had the honor of having dinner with one of the trailblazers in the nursing and healthcare industry – the incomparable Shawna Butler, MBA, RN. Shawna is a NURSE ECONOMIST, one of the first registered nurses in the country to obtain an MBA, and her insights were truly inspiring.

As I prepare for the upcoming Texas Emergency Nurses Association Board of Directors meeting, I wanted to share some key takeaways from our conversation:
